Ring-Pop Necklace

I drew my Ring-Pop necklace!!  I'm getting ready to scan it tomorrow.  I have also been thinking really hard about my Lolli-Pop Bling piece and  I've come up with nothing.  I'm sure I'll have an idea soon.  I'm going to continue to search for inspiration.  I'm planning to go to the mall soon and I will look for ideas there.  Until I have another idea... Bye!

My New Idea

OK so I have another awesome idea.  I got the idea in my head when I was reading People Style Watch and someone, I can't remember who, was coming out with her own fragrance and it was called Lollie-Pop Bling.  Lollie-Pops are really sweet and pretty in jewelry, and I love sparkles and glitter, like bling.  So I started thinking.  I don't have all the details made up yet but I know it will be a piece of jewelry and it is going to incorporate jewels that look like lolli-pops and glitter.  So stay tuned for more details!!!  :)

Another Update...

I started on the Ring-Pop necklace.  I just started drawing it on a piece of notebook paper.  So far it's not very good.  I'm trying to draw a Ring-Pop.  Right now they are pretty bad.  So maybe next week or something I will have pictures.

Idea!

I have another great idea!  It is a bracelet with charms that look like strawberries!!  It is really colorful and shiny and gorgeous!  I can't wait to draw and post it on my blog!  So come back for an update soon....  I'm going to draw them today.  And I think I'm going to be a jewelry designer instead of a clothing designer.  Just because I love jewelry.  After Christmas I'm going to buy a whole bunch of jewelry for myself, I might try to make some, but I'm not that rich and so I can't buy diamonds to experiment with.  Stay posted and I'll put more pictures up.

Update

I haven't started my new sketch book yet. I really don't know why.  I just don't have any ideas for clothes yet.

But jewelry... I really love jewelry and I have one idea for a necklace.  My idea, it just came out of nowhere.  I was just laying in bed, trying to go to sleep,  and this idea, it just popped into my head!  It is a necklace and it is made of a gold colored chain.  It is a fairly long necklace, maybe to my belly button. The main part is the 'charms', I guess you could call them, they are each a different color, some might be the same color, but they are all mixed up, in no pattern, and they look like the candy Ring Pops.  In my head it looked great, I haven't drawn it yet.  I'm really excited to though.  It will be the first design in my 3rd book!  I'm so excited, and I promise, I'll post pictures of my pictures soon.

Hot Cocoa!

I just now finished my second book.  Now I have two sketch books filled will designs.  I did two lines.  One I did a while ago.  It's called Watermelon, but the one I wanted to tell you about is called: Hot Cocoa.  In my Hot Cocoa line there is all dresses, they are a dark-ish brown, and they all have different colors and prints including: hot cocoa, swirled cocoa, peppermint cocoa, hazelnut cocoa, mocha hot cocoa, whipped cream cocoa, and iced hot cocoa.  I will post pictures as soon as I can.  I made them up myself so please, don't take them or copy them, they are mine!

About Me: Sparkly Designer

My name is Emily and I made this blog to show you (world) my fashion designs.  I don't know if you'll like them but I'm wanted to post them.  I have almost two sketchbooks full of designs that I drew for about a year. (or two... I lost track) Some of my designs are inspired(?) by what I saw at a store, on TV, on one of my friends, etc.  I'm almost filled my second book.  My first book was just a blue 1-subject spiral notebook.  I started drawing designs because in a book I was reading (Mother-Daughter-Book-Club it's a series) one of the main characters, Megan, likes to draw and sew her own clothes.  So I decided to try it, and from friends and family, I'm pretty good at it.  My first couple aren't that great, but now I'm good at drawing the models and the dresses. (I only draw dresses, I tried drawing pants and shorts and it didn't work that well) Come back soon and I might have some pictures up!
